Kevin grew up in Nesconset and has been a homeowner in Lake Ronkonkoma for the past 28 years. He graduated from Sachem High School and chose to continue his education at Stony Brook University earning a B.S. degree in Chemistry. Kevin continued his education at New York Institute of Technology earning an M.B.A. in Management. He continued additional education obtaining national certification as a Certified Safety Professional. Kevin has worked as an environmental, health and safety engineer.

Elaine Turley is a Fort Salonga resident who has lived in her current home for sixteen years. She is married to William Turley and is the mother of two adult children. Elaine, 56, is an attorney with a law practice specializing in the areas of elder law, trusts and estates, estate administration and real estate transactions. Elaine’s professional experience includes work with elderly and disabled clients helping them navigate the high cost of health care and assisting clients with estate planning.
Lifelong Suffolk County resident Gary Jacobs has declared his candidacy for the Suffolk County Legislature’s 12th Legislative District after receiving unanimous approval from the Smithtown Democratic Committee’s screening board on Tuesday, April 16. Jacobs is a businessman and has worked tirelessly to reform family law. As an individual who is Pro Long Island and someone who only recently became involved in politics, Jacobs’ non-partisan demeanor and passion for positive change will best serve the residents of the 12th Legislative District in Suffolk County.
